Dennis Doyle is the co-founder of Welsh. Since 1977, he has held many positions within the company’s services businesses, ranging from manual laborer to licensed broker, to positions in executive management. He served as chief executive officer of Welsh Companies from 1987 to 2010, and is now executive chairman of the board for Welsh Property Trust & Holdco. Dennis also holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of Minnesota.

Dennis is also the founder and chief executive officer of Hope for the City, a privately funded, non-profit organization established to fight poverty, hunger and disease by utilizing corporate surplus.

Dennis is a member of the board of directors of Egan Company, Catalyst Community partners, Tradition Capital Bank, and American Church Mortgage Company.

In 2007, Dennis received Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and in 2010 he was named the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best in Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree.
