Rhonda Allen works closely with the heart of the organization: our people. She leads the company’s human resources department as well as oversees the marketing and research departments. A result-orientated, accomplished, human resources professional, Rhonda has extensive experience in strategic human capital planning, talent development, compensation and benefit design, and employee engagement. With over 25 years of human resources experience and a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she understands the motivation factors for building an effective organizational workplace.
Rhonda takes a strategic approach to ensure efficient business operations. She matches each team member to their position based on their skills and interests, enabling them to perform at their highest possible level. She uses a proactive approach to identify and retain professionals who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients. She also assists in creating and monitoring programs that continually enhance the personal and professional development of each member of the Welsh team.
Through her involvement in the development, implementation and review of company policies and procedures, Rhonda fosters a positive working atmosphere for our associates to elicit the highest level of performance.
Rhonda joined Welsh in 1997. Prior to that, she worked for the St. Paul Companies in
several capacities, including Generalist in Employee Relations, where she was responsible for the development, interpretation and administration of human resource policies, practices and procedures. In this role, Rhonda provided guidance and coaching to more than 10,000 managers and employees nationwide.
