1977, George Welsh founded Welsh Construction Corp, a small
development and construction firm focused on building one or two
buildings per year on a build-to-suit basis. Under the vision
and guidance of George and his partner Dennis Doyle, the company
flourished and grew into the multi-faceted, full-service real estate
leader it is today. George first enlisted Dennis in the Welsh partnership with a small salary, a share of the profits, a handshake, and a promise that if the company took off he would someday retire and sell his share to Dennis. True to his word, eleven years later, George retired putting Dennis at the helm of the company. Throughout his 40-year career in the real estate industry, George exemplified the values of hard work, humility, integrity, and excellence. Today we strive to uphold the high standards George set and to carry on his tradition for what we hope will be generations to come. |
