The OWWL committee leaders recently hosted a luncheon for Welsh women clients, featuring Marilyn Carlson Nelson, Chairman and former CEO, Carlson Companies. Ms. Nelson shared experiences that shaped her philosophy on leadership and life from her new book, How We Lead Matters: Reflections on a Life of Leadership. Ms. Nelson is a phenomenal, inspirational speaker and our audience was truly moved by her words. We highly recommend her book, and encourage you to bring your lunch and join us for a book discussion on July 22 in the Welsh Training Room. Please see further details below.

Community Outreach Committee .....................................................................................................

The OWWL Community Outreach group recently volunteered at the Hope for the City warehouse in St. Louis Park. The team worked together to sort 20 pallets of sporting goods that will be distributed to over 40 local agencies and three orphanages in Armenia. Thank you to all of the Welsh women who volunteered. It was a wonderful opportunity to network and support Hope For The City.
