Highview Hills, a 242,000-square-foot senior living community located in Lakeville, Minnesota was built by Welsh Construction and designed by Genesis Architecture with a continuum of care concept, allowing residents to remain within the community as their care needs change and additional services are required. The 155-unit, 3-story facility includes 75 independent-living units, 44 assisted-living units, 24 memory care units for residents requiring more intense supervision, 10 assisted-living care suites providing the highest level of services and two guest suites.
Special indoor amenities include a commercial kitchen with dining facilities, salon, bank, craft room, theater, fitness center, library, game room, and lounge. Outside, residents enjoy walking paths, a large terrace, rooftop garden and nine-hole putting green.
This project was a team effort made possible by multiple divisions of Welsh, including architecture, construction, development, finance, executive management and interior design.
