Welsh Construction is doing a complete remodel of this hotel adjacent to the Mall of America. Formerly owned by Days Inn, the hotel was originally built in 1974. The remodel includes a complete renovation of 211 hotel rooms, refurbishment of the existing swimming pool with an added splash-pad, a new restaurant area, fitness center and conference center. The exterior will receive a complete brick & glass facelift and all new HVAC systems will be installed.

The HealthEast Medical Transportation Center is a new 31 bay emergency vehicle storage facility located at Arcade Street and Reaney Avenue in St. Paul. Five bays for ambulance and emergency vehicle service and administrative offices are also part of the 46,119 SF building, which is scheduled to be completed in May 2010.
