This 23 unit, concrete slab on grade project is being built for Accessible Housing, Inc. in conjunction with HUD. The three-story wood framed building will have brick veneer, fiber cement lap and shake siding. The project is scheduled to be completed in early December.

Construction is currently underway on the future corporate headquarters of Welsh Companies. Located on the southeast quadrant of I-494 and Highway 7, the 100,000 square foot building is being built by Welsh Construction from a design by Lynn Sloat of Genesis Architecture.
As a first step toward LEED Green Building Certification, Welsh Construction has registered this project with the U.S. Green Building Council. To achieve LEED certification, documentation demonstrating that the project has successfully met the sustainable design and performance criteria set forth within the LEED Green Building Rating System must be submitted, reviewed and approved by USGBC.
This project has been pre-certified LEED - CS Gold.
