a live person. We return calls in a timely manner, and we react quickly to
your service call. We are the solution to your service and maintenance issues.
Communication:
It is imperative that you understand the scope of work we are
providing, the cost of that work, and when that work will be completed.
From the initial call to the final billing we will communicate all of this
and more. Our technicians will touch base with your representative when
the work is complete to make certain that we have addressed your concerns.
Professionalism:
On every service call, we make sure that our people represent
you and FaciliTech in a professional manner. This means wearing proper
uniforms identifying the technician. We respect the work area by
protecting the surrounding areas and cleaning up when complete. We
protect the environment by recycling and using energy efficient means
and methods. And we respect the other people in the work area around
us.
Accurate Billing:
We will send an invoice within one week of completing the work.
This will ensure that you have time to review the invoice and fit it
into your payment schedule.
Accurate Proposals:
Upon request we will prepare a proposal for your review prior
to completing any work. These proposals are clear and easy to read to
eliminate any confusion. We will identify all costs associated with
the work so there are no hidden fees. These can be for a one-time work
call or for an ongoing maintenance services contract. Our proposal
will define the scope of work requested and an accurate cost for
completing that work.
Technology:
Fax, Direct Connect, Laptops, Blackberries - you name it, we
are using it. Our in-house IT department can sync our communications
to interface with your devices, ensuring that we are in-touch with
your needs.
