NAI Welsh Vice President Eric Dueholm Named to Business Journal's '40 under Forty'

March 18, 2011

The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal has named Eric Dueholm, NAI Welsh vice president, to their 2011 ‘40 under Forty’ list of the Twin Cities’ sharpest, most successful professionals under 40 years old.

The '40 under Forty' award spotlights 40 of the region’s top young business and civic leaders who have made tremendous accomplishments and are poised to leave their mark on the Twin Cities for years to come. Candidates demonstrate a consistent, outstanding professional achievement and show a commitment to community service.

Dueholm is one of only a few LEED-accredited commercial brokers in the Upper Midwest. He utilizes his certification and interest in sustainability to raise awareness and implement green building strategies for his clients. Over the past 16 years, Dueholm has closed over 500 commercial real estate transactions exceeding eight million square feet. He drives Welsh’s Sustainability Task Force, which is focused on improving sustainable efforts of the company’s 28 million-square-foot managed portfolio as well as third party clients, and is a frequent speaker for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

An active member in the community, Dueholm currently serves as a board member of the Polk County Economic Development Corporation, Wild Rivers Habitat for Humanity, Luck Village Council, and the Luck Public Golf Course. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, LifeScience Alley and CoreNet Global.

Visit the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s website for additional information on the ’40 under Forty’ awards and profiles of each honoree.
