BMO Harris was looking to consolidate its vendors into regional accounts for 160 locations across Wisconsin and Minnesota. The consolidation would help them achieve total cost reduction and more accountability, and be able to provide opportunities for diverse and minority-owned vendors. Overall, BMO Harris was looking for faster turnaround on their projects while maintaining a cost-effective model.
Early in 2015, Welsh was awarded a temporary, five-month preferred service provider contract with BMO Harris that ran through May of 2015. During this time, the maintenance and construction Welsh provided was well received, and we were able to use the BMO Regional Director as a reference. Thanks to the hard work and quick response time by the Welsh team, the temporary assignment evolved into a three-year contract to provide maintenance services for the 160 Wisconsin and Minnesota locations. The team has exceeded their required service level SLAs, achieving 100% for on-time project response and completion.
Having multiple service lines and trades all under one roof here at Welsh and Colliers has allowed us to self-perform for BMO Harris throughout Minnesota. One service request call is all it takes to get virtually any trade they need on site. Additionally, the size of our Facility Services team allows quick response times for providing service for asphalt, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance issues, which in turn keeps BMO Harris within the cost-effective model they required.
