Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul is pleased to announced the recent addition of Carole Grinde who will join our leadership team as Marketing Director. Grinde will be responsible for developing and implementing an enhanced marketing, branding, and communication strategy in support of the companies integrated service lines in the commercial real estate industry.

Grinde has over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand development with a focused practice in commercial real estate. In a former role as marketing lead for the Minneapolis office of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Grinde was instrumental in launching initiatives that focused on brand awareness and exposure for JLL in the Midwest region. As a previous business owner with an established local and national client-base, Grinde has also worked as a marketing and design consultant for Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq and United Properties providing identity development, property marketing campaigns, publication design and new business support. In her most recent role, Grinde served as Marketing Manager for Cuningham Group Architecture, Inc.

In addition to her broad knowledge of traditional and digital marketing platforms, Grinde’s previous agency background in retail, healthcare, technology and hospitality offers further insight into an expanding portfolio of services for Welsh & Colliers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota and currently serves on the programs committee for MNCREW. Grinde has been active in MNCAR, NAIOP and the Minneapolis Downtown Council, and has volunteered for the American Heart Association, Second Harvest Heartland, Cookie Cart and Taste of the NFL’s Kick Hunger Challenge.
