Party rental company will expand to a larger office/warehouse in Minnetonka
Monday, January 9, 2017 – Apres Party and Tent Rental has announced the sale of 7625 Cahill Road, a 32,799-square-foot multi-tenant office / warehouse facility located in Edina, Minnesota.
Having been the anchor tenant at 7625 Cahill for 22 years, Apres is looking forward to expanding to a larger facility located in Minnetonka. “Although, Apres enjoyed the conveniences of their Edina location, they’re looking forward to expanding their space needs and we were happy to be able to assist them in selling the building they have called home for so many years,” says Nick Leviton, Vice President with Colliers International MSP.
Buhl Investors, LLC purchased 7625 Cahill Road and plans to redevelop the building into mini-storage as they’ve done with a number of locations throughout the Twin Cities industrial / warehouse market. They plan to increase square footage by constructing an additional second level space. Buhl, based locally in Minneapolis, is a real estate investment management firm with over 45 years of collective real estate investment, development and management experience. Buhl was interested in the property due to its convenient southwest metro location and quality existing structure.

Brian Pankratz, Vice President with CBRE represented Buhl Investors in the purchase. Leviton also assisted Apres with the acquisition of their new facility in Minnetonka.
