Minnetonka, MN, March 6, 2017 – Welsh and Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul has announced the promotion of Mark Parten to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.

Parten, formerly Executive Vice President of Real Estate Management and Facilities Services will continue in these efforts while taking on new management responsibility for Welsh and Colliers | Minneapolis St. Paul’s Architecture and Project Management areas.
