Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul was recently nominated as a Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. In its 18th year, the program recognizes the top workplaces in the Twin Cities.
“We’re thrilled to be once again recognized as one of the Best Places to Work,” states Bill Wardwell, Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services for Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul. “We are constantly working to improve and enhance our culture, and to receive feedback from our employees like this makes it so worthwhile.”
Partnering with Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, the Business Journal surveyed employees at participating companies from mid-April to mid-May 2016, asking them to rate their employers on communication efforts, leadership and more. Companies with the highest scores from the anonymous employee surveys were then ranked in four size categories. Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul was ranked in the Large Company category.
“The success of Welsh & Colliers is based on its people,” explains Jean Kane, CEO of Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul. “Our vision of a Company as One is shared at every level in our office, enabling our employees to feel like they have a voice and a choice. We value feedback from our entire staff, and these survey results will help us continue to make our company a Best Place to Work for years to come.”
Welsh & Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul has received the Best Places to Work honor for six years. Winners in each category will be announced at the August 25th ceremony in the new US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis, home of the Minnesota Vikings.
