Water's
Edge of Bradenton, located at 2001 30th Avenue West in Bradenton,
Florida, is a
long awaited campus of rental housing options for adults 55 and
older. This exciting new project is owned by Florida
Christian Homes Senior Housing, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit
entity. ARCO Construction and Murry Company general contractors
have been hired to build the project.
Scheduled for construction in three phases, this gated community will operate as a multi-level congregate living community with options ranging from fully independent living to assisted living. The property has been specifically designed to offer residents the opportunity to move through the continuum of care as their needs change while remaining in the community.
