General Loan Process
Generally, the loan process takes from 45 to 60 days to complete depending on the complexity of the transaction.
A general timeline is as follows: Review of property financial statements and sizing by Welsh Analysis, underwriting, and initial approval from lender Appraisal (during which time title is engaged and additional docs are gathered and reviewed) Lender appraisal review and loan document drafting |
